Social anxiety can be challenging, but as far as I'm concerned, it's a real handicap. I guess it's important to remember that I'm not alone in feeling this way. Many people experience social anxiety, and there are various strategies to help manage it, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, or gradual exposure to social situations.
