Scandinavia looks like a moderate place, plus they all
speak good English. The Sweden population is 8 millions people, Norway
is 5,4 and Finland is 5,3. These numbers are approximate but movie
producers never thought it was worthy to voice translate or subtitle
translate films for such small populations. So Scandinavian people
grew up watching movies and series in English. Plus their education
system insisted on them having a really good level in English to
prepare for Europe. I've learned that from a Swedish guy I met. He was
just finishing high school and already spoke English much better than
most French I knew.
